While
there are too many attractions in LA, we
have compiled a list of the must-see and
best Los Angeles attractions just for
you:
Bunker
Hill / Historic Core Angels Walk
: This is a historical experience. Trace
back LA’s history from over 100 years.
See the Victorian era architects’
impression of futuristic buildings, and
gasp in amazement at the sheer perceived
depth of detailing and the splendors of
these buildings.
Griffith
Observatory
: This is not just an observatory but is
considered a major LA landmark since
1935. Every year, more than 2 million
people visit the Griffith Observatory
and it ranks 7th on the list of best
attractions in Southern California. A
must see for you too! It is situated
right on the southern slope of Mount
Hollywood and you can get a spectacular
270 degree view of the City of Angles
(Los Angeles) from here.
Universal
Studios
: This is one of the best Los Angeles
attractions. You can actually take an
insider’s peek at some of the sets
from top movies, summer hits, TV shows,
and that includes "The War of the
Worlds", "The Fast and the
Furious: Extreme Close-Up", and
"King Kong". If this isn’t
enough then you can take the challenge
of riding the Revenge of the MummySM
rollercoaster and scream and yell as the
mesmerizing special effects not just
scare but thrill you to the hilt. The
ride also passes through the megalithic
dinosaurs from Jurassic Park to take you
into a different dimension at Shrek 4-D.
You can end the tour with the classic
Universal CityWalk that includes more
than 32 great places for eating out, 6
hot night spots, 19 state-of-the-art
movie theaters, and 30 absolutely unique
stores for shopping.
Knott’s
Berry Farm
: A 30 minute drive from downtown Los
Angeles, it is less of a farm and more
of a wonderful spectacle. You can enjoy
165 world-class rides, take the Silver
Bullet, watch live shows as well as wild
attractions, and check out the biggest,
meanest, and meanest suspended roller
coaster in the West.
Aquarium
of the Pacific
: Situated in Long Beach, it is home to
more than 12,500 animals. You can get
close enough to even touch the sea
animals. From seals to sea lions, from
puffins to other diving birds, you get
to see some of the most beautiful marine
species. The Tropical Reef Habitat is
the largest exhibit in the aquarium with
a huge coral lagoon. The greatest
attraction of the park has got to be the
Shark Lagoon with touch pools where you
can touch more than 150 small sharks.
